The easiest College to tick off my list since I live here…
One of the highlights of my time at Cambridge was attending the Murray Edwards College Garden Party, a fun and relaxed event at the start of may week each year.
There were plenty of fun activities to do – including a bouncy castle, face painting and watching performances by several local musicians. And of course, the most important part was the food – the slightly miserable weather didn’t put us off tucking into ice creams and Nutella crepes all afternoon!
With tickets priced at a very reasonable £30 this was a really great may week event, not nearly as fancy as the may balls held at other colleges but still a lovely fun afternoon to celebrate the end of exams.
