Every time I go to London, I always have to pop into the science museum. As a kid, I loved the interactive games and spaceships, and now the interesting temporary exhibitions draw me back in.

Of course, the first area to explore was the Space zone with its incredible collection of rockets and paraphernalia. My favourite item has always been the Apollo capsule, on which you can even see burn marks from the re-entry.

Next, we wandered around the Transport exhibition, which contained everything from boats to trains.

Heading upstairs, we stumbled across a new exhibition on Maths, including some interesting items relating to cryptography and computers. I loved the layout and design – with an impressive ceiling feature.

Finally, we visited the top floor Aviation section, with a huge collection of planes and engines.
