After exploring the beautiful Sheng'en Temple, we headed into Changping itself for an evening at the mall.

After browsing the shops for a short while, we stopped for dinner at an Italian style restaurant called Babela's Kitchen. The food was pretty decent – although rather awkwardly they didn't bring one of our friend's main course out until the rest of us had given up waiting and almost finished our meals.

After dinner, we found a lovely bookshop with a wide range of books for sale (and apparently also to rent too???). Sadly I was unable to find a copy of the first Harry Potter book (I try and buy it in every language I've learnt…).

On the way to the bus stop, we came across this fun kids merry go round, which of course some of the others wanted to try! For just 20 RMB it went on for rather a long time though!
